Bill Anderson, Mid Oregon Credit Union’s President/CEO, announced the promotion of Amanda Haessler to Branch Manager. Amanda has been with Mid Oregon since 2005, most recently holding the title of Member Service Specialist Team Leader. In her expanded position, Amanda is responsible for building community relations along with staff and branch operations in Prineville.

“I am pleased to promote Amanda Haessler to Branch Manager. She has been a shining star in the organization for years and has been successfully leading her team in Prineville. Her expanded role will further emphasize her leadership in the community as well as in the branch”, said Mr. Anderson.

Amanda is involved in the local community Chamber of Commerce, Parks and Recreation, and Crook County Foundation events. Previously participating as a member of the Kiwanis, Amanda recently joined the local Kiwanis board. Regarding her civic and community involvement, Amanda is excited to continue working in Prineville:

“It has been an honor working for Mid Oregon Credit Union that believes in giving back to its local communities,” she said. “Being the branch manager in Prineville has allowed me to get more involved with the local Kiwanis board. I am so proud of our Prineville branch, as we have been working together with other organizations within Crook County to help strengthen our community.”

Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends enjoying the great Central Oregon outdoors. She and her family are six generation residents of Central Oregon. In 1906 her great-great grandfather had a homestead near Tetherow Crossing in Redmond which resulted in getting a road named after the family; “Helmholtz Way”.
