Online Services

Part 2 of our series highlighting the newest and best features of our recently upgraded website, Online Services, is our “Website Wednesday” post this week. Read about our previously highlighted features.

In a June 29, 2015 U.S. News & World Report article on “The Future of Banking“, 38% of survey respondents said “good online banking services were the top reason for staying with a bank”, ahead of locations and low fees. At Mid Oregon Credit Union, we have low fees and five (soon to be 6) convenient Central Oregon locations, but we also know you consider online services extremely important.

That is why we have invested significantly in online technology to serve our members. Today, we have online and mobile services to rival many national banks and are continuing to add digital conveniences and safety features for members. In the last month we shared in this series about two, ATM Locations and CardNav by CO-OP. Today we are highlighting our updated webpage which brings many of these tools together, Online Services.

Online Banking

On this page there are several choices of services which can be explored. The most basic is “Online Banking”, accessed by clicking on that icon. Here you can access the online banking login, an online banking Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), our online features description and a place to learn about account alerts and how to set them up.

Mobile Banking

Clicking the Mobile Banking icon directs you to a page devoted to our mobile deposit app, including a FAQ link and directions on downloading the Apple or Android app that is right for you.

eBill Pay

Pay your bills electronically, anytime, anywhere. Mid Oregon’s online bill paying service is state of the art, helping you keep up with bill payments with maximum convenience for you and with no monthly fee. A helpful video demo can be accessed through the “view demo” icon on this page.

eStatements & Telephone Teller

Securely view, download and print account statements online, or manage your accounts and money from a touch-tone phone. Both of these can be accessed through our Online Services page. eStatements help reduce clutter and maintain a lower environmental impact. When signed up for eStatements, you obtain online viewing and printing and include new statement email alerts, all done in a secure manner. Although Telephone Teller has been around a while and isn’t technically online, it is a convenient method for many to manage their money. A PDF document with Telephone Teller service codes can be downloaded and printed from this page.
