Susan Crites Price, author of The Giving Family: Raising Our Children To Help Others, is Vice President at the National Center for Family Philanthropy. Her articles have appeared in such publications as Working Mother, Family Life, The Washington Post and The Washingtonian. In addition, along with her husband Tom, Price co-authored The Working Parents Help Book, a practical guide to juggling kids and careers, which won the Parents’ Choice Award and was a selection of the Scholastic Book Club. She and her work have been featured on Oprah and the Today show.
